Great Ocean Road Boutique Tour Itinerary

Be amazed by the 12 Apostles and other incredible highlights along the Great Ocean Road with our small-group boutique tour. Limited to 10 travellers, you’ll enjoy the chance to appreciate the region’s stunning coastline and enchanting seaside towns without the crowds. Along with a stop at the iconic 12 Apostles, you’ll also have plenty of time to admire London Bridge, the Razorback and Loch Ard Gorge along the Shipwreck Coast. Then, we travel along the Great Ocean Road towards Melbourne, calling into Kennett River and Lorne on the way.

We start the tour early with a central Melbourne pickup, avoiding a lengthy run around for pickups and heading straight out of the city and over the West Gate Bridge. Before long, we’ll be driving through the peaceful Victorian countryside to arrive at our first stop of the day, Colac. Here we have a quick break to stretch our legs and grab a refreshment before we jump back on the bus and towards the 12 Apostles.

Once we arrive at the 12 Apostles, you’ll have plenty of time to wander the boardwalk, admire the views from the lookout points and take as many photos as you need! We arrive here before the crowds, so you can soak in the incredible natural beauty of these impressive limestone stacks with minimal disturbance.

While we’re here on the Shipwreck Coast, we’ll also make stops at Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge and the Razorback. Take the stairs down to the hidden beach at Loch Ard Gorge and wander along the cliffside tracks for breathtaking views of the Razorback and rugged coast.

We’ll stop for lunch in Port Campbell, a seaside town with a quiet beach and stacks of cafes where you can grab a bite. Then it’s back on the bus to travel through the lush forests of the Otways and onto Kennett River. Here you can hopefully spy some koalas as they rest in the eucalypt trees or make friends with the colourful king parrots.

As we continue the journey along the Great Ocean Road to Melbourne, gaze out the window for astonishing views of the coastline. We make one last stop in the charming town of Lorne before we head back to Melbourne.
