Bimbi Park – Camping Under Koalas

Bimbi Park is in Cape Otway, the centre of the Great Ocean Road and the Great Ocean Road walk. It's an area of magnificent forrests, beaches and secluded bays. It is a spectacular coastline sheltered among tall manna gums and is far away from the noise of towns and traffic. The park's bushland is alive with the songs of many, many birds. This location has accommodation to suit all budgets including camp sites, power camp sites, on-site vans, bunk rooms and standard or deluxe cabins. Bimbi Park supplies portable fire places (for days wihtout fire bans in place). There is also a modern amenities block with laundry facilities and a kiosk. The park also offers an outdoor Theatre and free feature films are played during the peak periods. Beaches and rocky headlands can be visited through short walks or car trips where fishing is available. You could also visit the Cape Otway Lighthouse or take up some horseriding in the area.
